Top Woman Leader in Consulting: Kearney’s Shirley Santoso

Shirley has been with Kearney for over 20 years, with notable achievements including a Turnaround program for a large insurer in Asia, major cost reduction and operational transformations for leading banks in Southeast Asia, strategic portfolio review and transformation blueprint for a topleading Southeast Asia conglomerate, and national sectoral blueprints for Indonesia. 

Shirley was recognized as one of The Top 25 Women Leaders in Consulting for 2024 by The Consulting Report.
